Vista Veins is a physician-led vein clinic founded by Dr. Kathleen Latouf, a board-certified physician and former Chief Medical Officer at Allegheny Health Network Wexford Hospital. After years leading one of the region's most recognized health systems, Dr. Latouf founded Vista Veins to bring that same standard of attentive, high-quality care to vein medicine.
We offer minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins, spider veins, and related conditions, with every procedure performed by Dr. Latouf or one of our experienced surgeons. Plus, while other providers are booking months out, we schedule new patients in weeks.
A sign that something is happening beneath the surface. The aching, heaviness, and swelling they cause are common, and so are the treatments that address them.
Small clusters of red, blue, or purple veins visible just beneath the skin. Often cosmetic, always addressable, and faster to treat than you'd expect.
The underlying condition behind many cases of varicose veins and persistent leg symptoms. Leg heaviness, fatigue, and swelling are common signs.
Swelling that builds throughout the day and eases with elevation is often vein-related. If it keeps coming back, it's worth a conversation.
If you've looked into vein treatment before and walked away because of a months-long waitlist, Vista Veins was built with you in mind. We've intentionally designed our practice around fast, concierge-style access, because living with vein pain or discomfort while waiting for a distant appointment isn't something you should have to accept.
New patients are typically seen within weeks of reaching out. Every visit is unhurried, attentive, and focused entirely on you. That's what physician-led, patient-centric vein care looks like.

Vista Veins accepts most major insurance plans, making physician-led vein care more accessible to the patients who need it. Coverage for conditions like varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency is often available when treatment is medically necessary. Our team is happy to answer your coverage questions before your visit and help you understand your benefits.
Not sure whether your symptoms warrant a trip to a vein clinic? You're not alone. Our quick symptom quiz asks a few simple questions about what you're feeling and what you're seeing, then points you toward the most relevant information and next steps.
